BoA Mtv live NYC

On December 3, 2008, BoA will be performing at the “MTV World Presents : BoA Live in New York” at Time Square. As this is a special show dedicated to BoA, it will be held at the TRL(Total Request Live) Studio – a stage all major stars walk through at least once in their career – from 11am to 3pm.

This program will not only feature her live performances but will also present BoA’s history as singer and her current plans and commitments in an interview style. BoA will be performing her new hit song ‘Eat You Up’ as well as a song titled ‘Look Who’s Talking’ which will be included in her first album scheduled to release early next year.

‘BoA Live in New York’ will broadcast across the nation as well as on the massive screen out in Time Square where thousands of pedestrians walk by every day.

The show will broadcast on TV in mid December through MTV, MTV Iggy, and MTV U in the US, Korea, Japan, Austrailia, and the UK.

Biggest Asian Pop Star Tackles US

 It seems that MTV Iggy has been covering BoA’s American debut in different terms, with videos and even a blog written up by BoA herself.

BoAs Official US Debut – Dec. 3

BoA will officially debut in the United States through a special program.

BoA will have her first official performance in the United States on December 3 at MTV headquarters in New York through the special program “MTV World Presents : BoA Live in New York.”

For the special program “MTV World Presents : BoA Live in New York,” BoA will be recording at MTV headquarters of MTV TRL (Total Request Live) studios on December 3 starting at 11am and will continue on for about 3 hours.

On this program, not only will we see BoA’s live performance and her music world, but also know about what she’s doing now and plans to do in the United States, and speak directly especially in a question and answer session in the studio with fans.

Especially on this special program, BoA is scheduled to unveil the first performance of “Look who’s talking” from her first album. It will be shown on the large screen in the heart of New York in Times Square, and a hot reaction is expected.

“MTV World Presents : BoA Live in New York” will be broadcasted on MTV, MTV’s music network MTV Iggy, and MTV U in December, and also on MTV Korea, Japan, ASIA, Australia, U.K, and International.

Meanwhile, BoA’s U.S. debut song “Eat You Up” was introduced for the first time to the world and netizens through “YouTube Live” on November 23.

The boys of SHINee sing, dance, and make smexy to the camera as they perform their version of Rain’s “Rainism” during their radio stint on MBC’s Simsimtapa hosted by Super Junior’s Shindong.

Just a few days ago, the Minister for Health, Welfare and Family Affairs has asked Rain to edit the lyrics of his controversial song calling it “dangerous to teenagers” due to its implicit sexual content.

Super Junior Marry U Tops Oricon Daily Charts

They got 9th on the day of its release. on the second day they got 16th.

For their Rukkugo album they got up 2nd on oricon charts.

It’s not as high as their previous releases in Japan, but being in the top 20, made the fans proud of them.

Super Junior Concert Sold Out In 14 Minutes

Idol group Super Junior recently received great news. Their encore concert was sold out in just 14 minutes since the tickets went on sale and their latest singled rose to ninth place in Japan’s Oricon daily single chart.

Super Junior’s agency, SM Entertainment, announced Thursday that the online ticket sale of the encore performance of the group’s first Asian tour was completed in just 14 minutes. Their first solo concert was held in February of this year and it was a raging success as the members showed off their colorful personalities and rarely seen performances. Super Junior’s “The 1st Asia Tour-Super Show Encore” will be held in the Olympic Park in Seoul for two days from January 3rd to 4th.

The group’s special single “Marry U” was released Wednesday to rise to 9th place on Japan’s most prestigious Oricon daily single chart. Through their agent Super Junior members thanked their fans for supporting them and promised that they will do their best to measure up to the fans’ high expectations.
